Red Bull Powertrains have a new vacancy for a Manufacturing Production Controller to manage demand and facilitate the scheduling of components through our world-class manufacturing facility to ensure delivery of the right part at the right time.
The objective of the Production Control function is to coordinate operational delivery against project plans by allocating and prioritising hardware requirements, managing part demand and developing realistic and achievable operational schedules. This role will be responsible for ensuring that demand for internally manufactured components is met by raising jobs for the relevant BOM levels, and that parts are accurately routed and scheduled through manufacturing resources. In a challenging and evolving PU development program, an ability to problem solve and a ‘can-do’ attitude are also key for this role.
To be considered you’ll need to have excellent planning and organisational skills along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, often working to strict deadlines. You’ll need to be a confident communicator, demonstrate high attention to detail and have an unwavering dedication to deliver best results. Experience working in a manufacturing environment is required and experience working with ERP systems is highly desirable.
Now is an exciting time to join the team as we progress through the R&D phase and into initial race pool production, and we are looking for proactive team players who can support planning and delivery of components through Manufacturing, Assembly and Build departments.
Not only is this a fantastic opportunity to join the Production Control team as a Manufacturing Production Controller, but it is also a great role for getting involved with the in-house developed and produced components here at Red Bull Powertrains. A good salary is just the start, there are many other benefits too such as our bonus scheme, private health care cover, life assurance scheme, workplace nursery scheme, company contributed pension scheme, on site gym & fitness classes, free daily food allowance, and a cycle to work scheme; but above all, the job satisfaction doesn’t get any better than the feeling of making a real contribution to our championship winning grand prix cars.
