Red Bull Technology are seeking an experienced Assembly Technician, to assist the team for the 2025 season and beyond.
In this position you will be part of the Drivetrain Sub Assembly team within the Assembly Group responsible for the build, service, and maintenance of assemblies for race, test and promotional events as well as supporting other Red Bull projects.
Your responsibilities:
- Build, service and maintain all assemblies upon request of the Assembly Group Team Leaders, Head of Assembly (Chassis) or Race Team Chief Mechanic if required to support any Race, Test, TPC or VTC events.
- Become an integral member of the Assembly Group team ensuring there is free and open discussion to promote ideas and initiatives for continuous improvement.
- Champion the Supply Chain performance framework - OGSM.
- Ensure the highest standards of operation, cleanliness, and organisation.
- Maintain assemblies in accordance with Production Control Group processes for build specification, revision control, component lifing and hardware allocations.
- Ensure all Design updates are captured through use of the company CSI Index and assembly drawings.
- Communicate all build quality issues to the appropriate key stake holders and ensure all faults and NCRs are recorded on internal business systems.
- Responsible and accountable for delivering objectives on time, escalating any problems identified whilst working unsupervised.
