As an Operations Assistant, you will be involved in supporting the Operations Manager to ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly within the department.
Your Responsibilities:
• Ensuring sales orders are entered correctly against the customer requirements
• Checking availability of stock for sales order requirements and liaising with Production and Purchasing departments to ensure stock requirements are fulfilled
• Producing monthly KPI reports using data from in-house systems and reporting these to management
• Working with other departments to investigate stock discrepancies through to resolution
