Role Overview
We're seeking an Instructional Designer to develop comprehensive F1 engineering educational programs spanning multiple disciplines.
These programs will give aspiring F1 engineers a strong foundation across key areas including aerodynamics, vehicle dynamics, CAD design, and other specialised fields.
You'll work directly with F1 experts to create learning experiences that help the next generation of engineers build fundamental understanding, stand out in their job search, and prepare for careers in Formula 1.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive learning frameworks
- Create structured frameworks for F1 experts to work within
- Partner with F1 subject matter experts to capture and structure their expertise
- Create detailed course outlines and learning pathways
- Develop learning objectives and assessment strategies
- Design interactive learning activities
- Create assessment tools to measure learning outcomes
- Plan and coordinate course delivery
- Develop 5-6 courses for 2025 launch
- Ensure quality and consistency across all course materials
What You'll Do
- Guide F1 experts in structuring their technical knowledge
- Create frameworks for optimal learning sequence and structure
- Design engaging learning activities and assessments
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and production team
- Ensure instructional integrity throughout development
- Maintain consistency across all courses
Requirements
- Experience in instructional design, preferably in technical or engineering fields
- Proven track record of creating engaging online learning experiences
- Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interviewing abilities
- Experience working with subject matter experts
- Ability to structure complex technical information into clear learning frameworks
