We are looking for a Social Media Project Manager with expert knowledge in social media strategy and execution to join our team at Oracle Red Bull Racing.
In this role, you will take charge of our social media programming, overseeing the creation and optimisation of high-performing content across our social channels.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee our social media programming strategy, ensuring that social content is effectively scheduled and optimised for performance across channels.
- Work with the Senior Social Manager and Content Team to ensure our output is maximising performance and distribution, delivering against our and our partners’ ambitious targets, KPIs and benchmarks - constantly looking for areas of improvement and optimisation.
- Line manage a team of Social Producers and Editors. Collaborating with them to deliver high-performing social media content from ideation through to execution.
- Work closely with our Partnership and Content teams to create best-in-class, social-first content. Ensuring that all partner content aligns with our channel best practices and meets the expectations of our partners while delivering impactful results.
- Monitor and analyse social media channel performance. Utilising data-driven insights to identify opportunities for growth, enhance channel performance, and drive traffic to our owned platforms. Implement strategies to achieve consistent growth and optimise content effectiveness.
We’re looking for:
- Proven experience in social media management and a strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously .
- Strong analytical skills with experience in monitoring and interpreting social media metrics to drive strategic decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external partners.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and innovations.
