Drive logistics quality excellence across Distribution Centre Asia (DCA) by managing quality systems, customer returns, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role

Manage customer quality inquiries and return (RMA) processes, ensuring timely issue resolution.

Maintain and improve Logistics Quality Management System (QMS) compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.

Analyze logistics quality performance, returns, claims, and delivery KPIs; drive corrective and preventive actions.

Apply quality tools (8D, FMEA, Six Sigma) to solve problems and improve supply chain processes.

Collaborate with 3PL partners and cross-functional teams to promote a Zero Defect culture and meet customer requirements.

Support or lead logistics improvement projects and global initiatives.

Guide logistics quality processes and support day-to-day operations.
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant study
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, quality management, or related field.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and quality methodologies (8D, FMEA, Six Sigma).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
