Mission / Role Description
- Gathering, interpreting, and communicating regulatory change information at regional and global level, for topics covered, following the harmonized process.
- Support Engineering Compliance and Homologation Leaders enabling their revisions to standards and references and their interpretations of new and existing requirements.
- Influence the development of automotive regulations.
Activities :
- Identify and analyze all sources of newly applicable and draft regulations—including their content and implementation timelines—by working with associations, regulatory bodies and working groups, authorities, and technical services.
- Respresent Stellantis in meetings with external stakeholders (authorities, technical services, associations, etc.).
- Connect with national authorities and ensure technical support to the government officers.
- Exchange information with the Global / Country Regulation Leaders to cover all the markets.
- Define the Stellantis internal one voice for regulatory hypothesis / most likely scenarios for future regulations according to Stellantis strategy.
- Help innovation projects among the Company by proposing updates of regulations when needed.
- Define the level of risk related to the regulation according to the LRP.
- Collect and analyze draft and final regulation requirements
- Update of the internal information tools (PEGA RIO, forms/bulletins, newsletters) and training material according to the internal regulation processes.
- Circulate the information via regulatory database, trainings, and relationship with the compliance network.
- Support the Homologation and Compliance Leaders to interpret new regulations, enabling their revisions of the Homologation and Compliance processes .
- Contribute to the development of global regulation instruments and processes.
Profile Requirements :
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Good understanding of the automotive regulatory environment (safety, emissions, homologation, etc.)
- Strong ability to analyze complex regulatory texts and translate them into operationalimpacts
- Knowledge of homologation and compliance processes is a plus
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) is mandatory in an international environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; knowledge of internal tools (e.g., PEGA) is a plus

Experience :
- 5–8 years of experience in: automotive regulations / homologation / compliance or automotive engineering with exposure to regulatory
