Marketing Manager to lead growth, CRM, and product adoption initiatives. This role will be responsible for driving user acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and lifecycle performance through data-driven strategies, strong cross-functional leadership, and disciplined execution.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and hands-on execution. They should be comfortable managing agencies, partnering with Product, Finance, Digital Transformation, Sales, and commercial teams, and translating global strategies into effective local execution.
This role also owns CIB management and supports short-, mid-, and long-term sales forecasting, with clear visibility into the most effective and profitable growth channels.
How Success Will Be Measured
During the first year, success in this role will be measured by the ability to:
• Increase user acquisition through existing databases and growth mechanisms.
• Improve onboarding, activation, and conversion rates.
• Optimize customer journeys and marketing automations.
• Increase product adoption and recurring engagement.
• Build a repeatable and scalable growth engine.
• Improve forecast accuracy and channel performance visibility.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree: Marketing, Administration, Engineering, Data Science or Related
-Required experience in similar position: more than 7 years
-English Level: Advanced.
-Deep CRM expertise
This position requires the ability to legally operate motor vehicle on a regular basis
