Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role

Independently manage digital Go-to-Market (G2M) projects by defining project objectives, scope, budget, and timelines, coordinating stakeholders and project teams, monitoring progress, and driving change management and successful implementation

Project Management Office, which includes consulting projects
regarding digital G2M related topics as well as project management methods & tools and manage inter-dependencies between projects

Drive digital transformation across Sales & Marketing by leading cross-functional initiatives, implementing hybrid go-to-market strategies, introducing and optimizing digital tools and platforms, and translating strategic objectives into measurable business outcomes

Enable a data-driven organization by leveraging analytics, KPIs, and customer insights to steer decision-making and continuously improve performance

Act as a change agent, driving adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working while influencing stakeholders and fostering a customer-centric, digital mindset across the organization
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- A degree in Business Management, Economics or a related field of studies
- At least 5 years’ experience in project management and/or management consulting
- Digital transformation expertise and a proven track record in leading large-scale digital transformation along digital G2M and the Customer Journey
- Know-how and skills on digital tools, data and platforms around content management, eCommerce, MarTech ecosystem, GenAI
- Excellent project management skills, ideally holding a Project Management and agile practices certification
- Interpersonal skills enabling you to create a trustful cooperation with your stakeholders, drive change adoption and behavioral change across the organization
- Strong ownership and execution mindset paired with structured and analytical thinking
- Fluency in English and German
