Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Support the execution and coordination of internal requests and projects across frontend and backend operations.
- Coordinate and execute internal order requests in alignment with requestors
- Run RFQ processes, supplier selection, and purchase order (PO)processing
- Ensure timely and accurate order execution and data transfer
- Monitor project timelines and proactively flag deviations or urgent requests
- Support issue resolution related to shipments, customs clearance, and invoicing
- Maintain and update master data in internal systems
- Ensure proper documentation and archiving of project and order data
- Contribute to process improvements in order handling and data management
- Provide data inputs and reports to stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers on operational topics
- Run regular supplier alignments and project tracking activities
- Support preparation of supplier reviews
- Ensure compliance with price lists and identify optimization opportunities
- Work closely within the PMO team and across functions
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous team development
- Actively support a collaborative and solution-oriented working environment
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or similar
- First experience in project coordination, procurement, or operations preferred
- Knowledge of SAP MM / MyBuy or similar systems is an advantage
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to interact across teams and suppliers
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in parallel
- Structured, independent, and reliable way of working
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of technical processes in semiconductor manufacturing (Testing Environment is a plus)
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
