Key responsibilities in your new role

Responsible for setup of unit process development for both new and refurbished tools to achieve cost target with high quality in timely manner.

Responsible for setup of unit process for new transfer technologies to ensure successful qualification, yield learning and production ramp.

Assessment of process changes and process change management

Work with Process Integration for the Design of Experiments and analyze end results for device design.

Benchmark and perform layers complexity analysis for both new and running technologies to achieve maximum production capability against benchmark.

Supports unit process, material and equipment roadmap and strategy
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
1. Education = Bachelor Degree of Electrical & Electronics; Material Engineering or Physics
2. Working experience = preferably more than 3 years in related field (Implant Process)
3. Able to engage on business travel for Technical Forum discussion, and short term OJT purposes if needed.
