Main Responsibilities
- Supervise building service providers:
- Multi-technical maintenance
- Cleaning
- Security/guarding
- Handle day-to-day operational matters
- Monitor the quality of services and report any identified discrepancies
- Ensure follow-up on employee requests and complaints
- Participate in the operational management of parking and access control
- Track technical interventions and ensure deadlines are met
- Conduct inspection rounds and ensure proper functioning of all areas
- Provide operational reporting to the Facility Manager
- Participate in the logistical coordination of internal needs
Profile Sought
- Bachelor’s degree (Bac+2 / Bac+3)
- About 2 years of initial experience in General Services, Facility Management, operations, or office space management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage service providers and on-site operational matters
- Dynamic, responsive, and service-oriented profile
- Good command of basic office tools, such as Excel
- Ability to write basic emails in Outlook
