🎯 Position Objective
Lead continuous improvement initiatives from a Quality perspective, implementing Lean Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma, and structured Problem Solving methodologies to actively contribute to company objectives with an agile mindset and strong customer focus.
Coordinate and ensure the effective execution of the Continuous Improvement Plan, aligned with the Management System and Focused Improvement strategy.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
• Lead and develop Quality & Improvement Engineers across different manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional improvement initiatives to achieve the best results in:
Safety | Quality | People | Cost | Production
• Identify process improvement opportunities and prioritize projects according to business needs.
• Lead problem-solving activities using data-driven methodologies and root cause analysis tools.
• Identify, propose, follow up, and validate investment and improvement projects.
• Monitor improvement initiatives, ensuring execution, sustainability, and measurable impact.
• Promote a continuous improvement culture across manufacturing teams.
• Support the development and capability growth of Quality Engineers.
🎓 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Quality, Continuous Improvement, or Manufacturing roles.
• Previous experience within the Automotive Industry.
• Advanced English (business communication).
• Experience leading teams or coordinating technical groups.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality systems.
