🛒 We’re Hiring: Indirect Buyer | Strategic Procurement
We are looking for an Indirect Buyer to join our procurement team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing indirect purchasing categories, leading sourcing initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to drive cost optimization and supplier performance.
This role requires strong analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic multinational environment.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing activities for indirect materials and services.
- Manage RFQs, RFPs, supplier evaluations, and commercial negotiations.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and support budget control initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and procurement risks.
- Coordinate purchasing projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Support contract negotiations and supplier selection processes.
- Monitor procurement KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams across North America.
🎓 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in indirect purchasing, strategic sourcing, or procurement.
- Advanced English (mandatory).
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel knowledge.
- Experience managing strategic sourcing and bidding processes (RFP/RFQ).
- Knowledge of cost analysis, budget control, and supplier management.
- Understanding of commercial and logistics terms (Incoterms, payment terms).
- Experience working in multinational or regional environments.
