Key responsibilities in your new role
- ASPICE process Audit & Quality check Planning & Execution: Ability to perform project quality checks & audits, ensuring compliance with ASPICE quality processes, recording, tracking, reporting and closure of ASPICE process non-conformities.
- SPICE Quality Process Monitoring and Evaluation: Expertise in monitoring project quality performance adherence to ASPICE requirement, including conducting process reviews, audits and assessments.
- Project Quality Status stockholders reporting & communications: Ability to communicate quality findings and recommendations effectively to project teams and management.
- Project Team communication and collaboration: effective collaboration and communication with the project development team on reviews, non-conformance findings, issues tracking and reporting.
- Quality Metrics and KPIs tracking/Report: Expertise in defining, analyzing, tracking and reporting quality metrics, identifying trends, and driving process quality improvements.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Working with software, system, hardware, and management teams on audit, quality check and issue/non-conformance resolution.
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Automotive software Quality: Proven experience in quality assurance in ASPICE compliant automotive projects, focusing on embedded systems.
- Quality Check & Audit Execution: Experience conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions to address findings specific to embedded software.
- Cross-Functional Team Involvement: History of collaborating with engineering, management, and testing teams to improve process and product quality.
- Experience in SDLC: experience in software development methodologies, life cycle and quality management and assurance such as v-model, CMMI, Agile, etc
