Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role

GenAI landscape: Stay on top of the fast-moving GenAI and agentic AI landscape for software development, continuously evaluating state-of-the-art models, tools, and agent frameworks to enhance Infineon's software engineering processes

GenAI tooling & enablement: Support the rollout and adoption of GenAI developer tools to boost productivity across our engineering teams

Extensions & integrations: Build extensions, plug-ins, and automation workflows that extend and integrate GenAI capabilities into existing developer tool chains and enterprise platforms

Agent-native Platform Thinking: Contribute to building a platform that is designed from the ground up for agentic consumption: understanding how agents interact with APIs, tools, and context, and shaping our infrastructure accordingly

Model Context Protocol (MCP) Development: Design, develop, and deploy MCP servers and an MCP registry to seamlessly connect enterprise applications and internal data sources with our GenAI tooling

Automated Monitoring & Insights: Develop and maintain automated monitoring and dashboards that surface insights into tool performance, adoption, and usage patterns
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

Study Field: You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s in Informatics, Computer Science, Computing and Information Technology, or similar

Skills: Solid foundation in programming skills, with experience in libraries and LLM frameworks such as llama and Langchain
-
Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of or experience in working with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift), and the ability to set up workflows within these environments

Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present findings to a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders

Way of Working: Independent working style combined with strong team collaboration skills

Language Skills: Very good English skills, both written and spoken
