Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role As a Working Student for Developer Advocacy, you will join our IT Platform team in Iasi, working alongside experienced Developer Advocates to help improve developer productivity and platform adoption. Shape the Developer Experience: Contribute to onboarding materials, documentation, and resources that help developers integrate with our Internal Developer Platform (IDP), including tools like GitLab, OpenShift, and CI/CD pipelines (software automation tools) Take Responsibility: Support advocacy initiatives by assisting with platform workshops, communications, and gathering feedback from developer teams to continuously improve our solutions Lifelong Learning: Gain hands-on experience in modern DevOps practices, developer workflows, and technical communication in a global semiconductor company. Learn directly from senior advocates and engineers Teamwork is Dreamwork: Collaborate closely with the Developer Advocacy team, IT engineers, and development teams to find solutions and help influence positive change Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Study Field: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical study. If you are studying another area, but have a strong interest in software development, coding, and developer communities, we encourage you to apply Skills: Any experience with developer tools (Git, GitLab, or similar) and a general understanding of development practices (for example, CI/CD, containers, or DevOps concepts) is a plus; willingness to learn is essential Personality: You are a proactive communicator, eager to help others and learn new technologies. You enjoy teamwork and find satisfaction in improving developer experiences Way of Working: You organize your work reliably, can take responsibility for tasks, and are keen to grow your technical and communication skills * Language Skills: You are fluent in English; Romanian language skills are advantageous Not sure if you meet every requirement?
