Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role

1. Service Delivery and Operational Excellence
a) Collecting documents from the potential candidate for the purpose of job offer letter generation and administration
b) Ensure the documents received are in well completed and provide to the recruiters for salary proposal preparation
c) Assist to clear mailbox and ensure the email is deliver to the correct recipients
d) Any others ad-hoc / relevant task
e) Generation of job administration
f) Prepare new hires kit
g) New employees hiring administration

2. Interface with Internal Parties
a) Responsible for end to end management of internal customers (managers/employees/HR) enquiries via phone and/or email in an effective, discrete, professional manner and respecting data privacy constraints
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or professional Degree in any field, preferably in Human Resources or Business related studies
- Minimum CGPA 3.00 and above
- Skills:
1. Customer service and public relations methods and techniques
2. Proficient in Computer System, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
3. Good Problem Solving and Organization Skills
4. Ability to inform the Manager quickly on potential issues related to work
5. Ability to learn new skills quickly
