Job Summary
Stellantis is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Senior Service Contract Manager to lead Service Contract and Warranty operations across key markets, including Myanmar, Cambodia & Laos.
This regional role is responsible for driving Service Contract growth, improving penetration rates, enhancing customer retention, and ensuring warranty governance in line with Stellantis standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Service Contract revenue, profitability and penetration across assigned markets.
- Develop and enhance Service Contract products for both new and post-warranty vehicles, including EV-related offerings.
- Partner closely with importers, distributors and dealer networks to improve sales performance and operational effectiveness.
- Monitor warranty performance, compliance and cost management to ensure alignment with Stellantis policies.
- Lead Service Contract marketing initiatives, loyalty programs and commercial campaigns.
- Conduct regular business reviews, identify growth opportunities and implement improvement plans.
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings and customer needs to support product development and business growth.
- Consolidate market performance reports and provide recommendations to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Automotive, Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in automotive aftersales operations, warranty management, service operations or dealer network management.
- Proven experience working with dealer networks, distributors or importers within regional automotive environments.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering revenue and profitability targets.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and analytical skills.
- Experience in ASEAN automotive markets is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of EV aftersales service contracts and warranty programs will be an added advantage.
