Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Responsible for yield stability & improvement, ensure quality and reliability of delivered products meeting IFX quality standard (SBA, LOH assessment and disposition) and support new product release, production ramp and change management projects
- Support PE section head in activities, including hiring, training and development of people, cascading of high performance expectation to next level through goal setting and prioritization
- Lead 3 engineers and 2 assistants on day-to-day basis to achieve organization’s objectives in terms of cost, quality, speed, and innovations in high volume back-end environment
- Interface with the cluster functions, business divisions, suppliers and interfaces within Melaka and other FE and BE locations
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Bachelor Degree/ Master/ PhD in Engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of working experience in a related field
- Processed demonstrated strong past work results and able to share examples of problems-solving
- Eagerness to take challenges and ensure time management meets expectation
- Capable to lead the team with efficiency with clear team direction and time to decision-making
- Strong analytical mindset to drive team KPI and adaptability to fast pace manufacturing environment
