As a Regional Sales Manager - Key Accounts, you will drive profitable business growth strategies to achieve business goals/targets. You will analyze data with a thorough understanding of key market/segment needs and requirements to initiate business and marketing strategies.
Responsibilities Include:
- Lead team of 3 senior sales area managers and 1 area manager providing constructive sales coaching, key account management, business review and on ground executions.
- Implement selling, trade and marketing promotion and ensure team identifies new business opportunities, develops good long-term relationships with key large-scale customers in Bangkok and central area.
- Drive profitable business growth strategies to achieve business goals/targets.
- Analyze data with a thorough understanding of key market/segment needs and requirements to initiate business and marketing strategies.
- Manage and ensure team identifies new business opportunities, initiates a strong sales pipeline, turns prospects into customers, and develops good long-term relationships with key customers.
- Provide continuous feedback and coaching to Sales Executives to develop a competent sales team.
- Work closely with Country Manager, Retail sales manager, marketing team, supply chain teams, and support function teams to drive key initiatives and leverage the association.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in any field, but preferably in Business Administration or Marketing related field
- At least 10+ years sales experience and team management experience in sales
- Good leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong in negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Passionate, active, customer-focused, result-oriented, learning mindset, team-player
- Ability to communicate in English is a plus.
- Computer literacy i.e. MS Office including Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook
