To coordinate, monitor, and maintain inventory accuracy by supporting material flow, cycle counting, stock reconciliation, receiving accuracy, and inventory control activities.
This position works closely with Production, Purchasing, Shipping/Receiving, Quality, Finance, and other internal departments to ensure materials, components, consumables, and finished goods are available, properly recorded, and accurately maintained to support operational requirements and minimize production delays.
Key responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with internal departments, performing cycle counts, investigating and reconciling inventory variances, auditing ERP transactions, assessing and updating inventory processes, maintaining accurate inventory records, and communicating potential shortages or delays to program managers.
The successful candidate will have three to five years' experience in inventory control, materials coordination, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or a related position, with strong attention to detail and accuracy, strong organizational and time management skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
The hours of work are 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility needed to support inventory counts, audits, production requirements, or urgent operational needs.
The total cash compensation range for this position is expected to be $42,640.00 - $63,627.20.
