We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at our Harvey facility. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for providing a high level of expertise in repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining the facility. Your essential responsibilities will include performing various Preventive Maintenance activities, troubleshooting motor control systems, and maintaining systems to be mechanically compliant with the state of Illinois.
You will also be responsible for fabricating and piping skills such as welding and piping assembly, repairing mobile equipment, and working in a safe manner following all site safety procedures and work permit processes. Additionally, you will respond and correct ASRS fault codes as well as interface with Savannah, the warehouse management system.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and 5+ years of experience in maintenance and repair. You should also have technical school certification and experience in automation and fabrication. High proficiency in electrical systems and plumbing systems is also required.
