Within the OEM/Automotive Fluids R&D group, we develop cutting-edge lubricants for everyday passenger cars to high-performance off-road racing machines. The successful candidate will drive team success by formulating and testing next-generation automotive fluids.
We are seeking a proactive, hands-on 'self-starter' who stays ahead of industry trends and fosters strong collaborative relationships across our Technical, Quality Control, and Operations departments.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and test next-generation automotive fluids
- Develop cutting-edge lubricants for a diverse range of vehicles
- Provide critical technical expertise to partners in Product Management, Sales, and Quality
- Work in a dynamic and demanding environment
- Conduct hands-on laboratory experiments and tests in an organized and safe manner
- Keep a well-organized lab notebook
- Present results to the technical group
Qualifications:
- Master in STEM or Bachelor with a minimum of two years' experience working in a technical role
- Familiar with lab procedures and testing
- Excellent record keeping and documenting skills
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience in Product development and product modifications is preferred
