We currently have an opening for a Senior Staff Application Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
As a Senior Staff Application Engineer, you will be responsible for providing post-sales technical consultation for configuration, integration, simulation, and post-silicon bring-up of AMBA, I3C, and other interface IPs. You will work with the latest AMBA protocols, collaborate with a global team of engineers to deliver expert product knowledge to Synopsys customers, conduct detailed technical presentations on the configuration and integration of Synopsys IPs, create collateral and author documentation to improve user experience, and make presentations to customers on Synopsys IP offerings.
You will enhance customer satisfaction by providing expert technical support and guidance, ensure the successful integration and deployment of Synopsys IP solutions in customer projects, contribute to the continuous improvement of Synopsys IPs through customer feedback and collaboration, drive innovation by working with the latest high-speed protocols and technologies, and utilize latest AI tools and processes to automate workflows and improve efficiencies.
To be successful in this role, you will need prior experience in high-speed protocols such as DDR, PCIe, or Ethernet, experience with AMBA bus interfaces, including AXI, proficiency with UNIX and HDL (Verilog/VHDL), a strong understanding of ASIC design flow, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field, with a focus on VLSI design, 5-15 years of relevant experience, and experience or exposure to AI tools and workflows.
