As a Market Funnel Performance Manager you're a member of the Customer Management Office (CMO) Department of Stellantis Nederland B.V.
Your mission consists of owning full-funnel performance across the market and ensures strong coordination between regional standards and market-specific needs. The role activates regional methodologies, dashboards and KPIs, while adapting execution to local consumer behaviour, channel realities and business dynamics.
The role is located in the office of Amsterdam and offers a hybrid working environment (minimum 2 days at the office, 3 days home office).
Your Contribution
- Leading market performance across all funnel stages: Awareness, Consideration, Intent, Conversion, Loyalty.
- Implementing regional KPI definitions, methodologies, dashboards and governance.
- Providing structured market insights, performance drivers, test learnings and business context.
- Drive A/B testing aligned with regional protocols, customized to local channels.
- Monitoring spend efficiency and recommending budget reallocations across funnel stages.
- Partner with agencies to optimize creative, audiences, journeys, and conversion flows.
Profile
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 6-10+ years in performance marketing, digital analytics or growth roles.
- Hands-on experience with managing full-funnel KPIs and working with cross-market or regional frameworks.
- Practical experience with analytics tools (GA4, PowerBI/Tableau, CRM & media platforms).
- A strong understanding of funnel performance, digital marketing and media optimization.
- Fluency in Dutch and strong communication skills in English.
- A genuine passion for cars and enthusiasm for our brands is a big plus!
