We are seeking an HR Business Partner to join our team in Nanterre, France. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for supporting the management team in various HR-related tasks, including recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, talent development, and conflict resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and select candidates for open positions, in collaboration with the management team
- Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management and conflict resolution
- Analyze data and metrics to inform HR decisions and improve processes
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 7-10 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Experience working in a multinational company
- Knowledge of French labor laws and regulations
- Certification in HR or a related field
