Within the Europe Importers Operations (EIO) organisation, the Performance Analyst plays a critical role in monitoring business performance and supporting strategic decision-making across all Stellantis brands in 41 European countries.
As a Performance Analyst, you will act as a trusted business partner, transforming data into actionable insights that help improve commercial performance, profitability, operational efficiency, and strategic execution. You will work at the intersection of business, analytics, and transformation, contributing directly to key initiatives, including Stellantis' growth ambitions and electrification journey.
Your responsibilities
- Act as a data-driven business partner for Importers teams to support performance improvement
- Monitor and analyse importer performance across sales, market share, profitability, stock levels, and key operational KPIs.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve Power BI dashboards and advanced reporting tools to provide clear and actionable business insights.
- Identify performance gaps, highlight risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective action plans.
- Support executive business reviews, performance committees, and strategic decision-making processes.
- Automate reporting processes and contribute to the continuous enhancement of data quality and reporting efficiency.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support business growth initiatives and operational excellence.
- Contribute to benchmarking activities and continuous improvement projects across the European importer network.
- Support our Value Creation Program France plan and follow up and updates in WAVE system (Mc Kinsey)
Your profile
- A superior degree in Data Analytics, with ideally a first experience in the automotive sector
- Initial professional experience in business analytics, performance management, reporting, consulting, data analysis
- Proven expertise in Power BI and advanced Excel.
- Power BI (dashboard development, data visualization, reporting).
- Data management, reporting, and performance analysis.
- Fluent French and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into business recommendations.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
- Results-oriented approach with strong business acumen.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work across functions and cultures.
