How You'll Make an Impact
As a Regional Sales Manager - Key Accounts, you'll drive profitable business growth strategies to achieve business goals and targets. You'll analyze data to initiate business and marketing strategies, and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive key initiatives and leverage the association.
Responsibilities Include
- Lead a team of sales executives and provide constructive sales coaching, key account management, business review, and on-ground executions.
- Implement selling, trade, and marketing promotions and identify new business opportunities with key large-scale customers in Bangkok and central areas.
- Analyze data to initiate business and marketing strategies and manage a strong sales pipeline.
- Develop good long-term relationships with key customers and provide continuous feedback and coaching to sales executives.
What You'll Need
- A bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Business Administration or Marketing.
- At least 10+ years of sales experience and team management experience in sales.
- Good leadership and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, and a passion for customer-focused results.
- Ability to communicate in English is a plus.
- Computer literacy in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
