We're looking for a Farm Food Sales & Distribution Manager to drive the growth of our wholesale and retail operation. This is a dynamic and hands-on role, combining sales, account management, and logistics, where you'll play a key part in expanding our customer base and ensuring our products reach customers efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing sales and strengthening customer relationships
- Growing wholesale and Farm Shop retail sales
- Managing and developing existing customer accounts
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Maintaining strong customer communications and follow-up activity
Alongside this, you'll oversee key operational areas:
- Managing delivery logistics and leading the delivery team
- Reviewing and improving delivery routes for efficiency and profitability
- Taking ownership of milk vending operations and future expansion
- Supporting accurate order processing, reporting, and revenue tracking
- Producing regular sales reports and performance insights
- Ensuring compliance with traceability and legislative requirements
You'll also support the wider team during peak times, events, and holidays, helping to keep everything running smoothly.
As a successful candidate, you'll have prior experience in sales, account management, retail, or customer service, and be confident in managing customer relationships and driving business growth. You'll also have strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to balance commercial thinking with operational delivery.
