We're looking for an enthusiastic and inspiring Sous Chef to join our talented kitchen team at the Bar & Grill. You'll play a key role in bringing our food philosophy to life, celebrating seasonal, locally sourced produce, including award-winning meats and cheeses from our own Goodwood Home Farm.
As a Sous Chef, you'll work alongside a passionate and supportive team, immersing yourself in our brand, contributing fresh ideas, and taking pride in delivering beautifully crafted dishes that put our guests at the centre of everything we do.
Key responsibilities include:
- Helping to shape exceptional dining experiences
- Working closely with the Head Chef to create menus that showcase the best of our local produce
- Maintaining high standards of quality and consistency in all dishes
- Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth service and excellent customer satisfaction
