MISSION
We're looking for an APAC Product Marketing Manager who will have the following mission:
- The MISSION of APAC Product Manager is to be a key contributor in managing all aspects of product marketing in the region for all product lines, including launch plan, product positioning and equipment, and conducting product training.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Your main responsibilities will be | What you will do:
- Responsible for providing analysis and feedback to HQ on Brand strategic LRP Plans in terms of volumes, pricing, vehicles configurations for the APAC Region and its markets.
- Develop marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services, product lifecycle planning and positioning.
- Research, develop and analyze all aspects of the product to maximize results of the new product launch and life-cycle management for the Asia Pacific regional market (specs, pricing, etc.).
- Perform competitiveness analysis (visual/equipment adjusted/promo) for the APAC regional market, all Maserati segments.
- Perform forecast analysis of optional equipment’s take rate.
- Research, analyze, and monitor financial, technological, and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize effects of competitive activity.
- Track and analyze industry sales performance, monitor competitor’s activity including promotions and incentives in the region.
- Forecast segment and market volumes and sales performance for annual budget and planning.
- Creation of Model Year change vehicle ordering planning and information, pricing sheets with the support of external agencies.
- Provide Asia Pacific market input for product development.
- Conduct product presentations for dealer staff, media and press for new product introductions
- Create management presentations for dealer meetings regarding new products, competitors and market developments.
- Communicate with central Product Managers for each model, Logistics, Product Platform & Plant for specific issues.
REQUIREMENTS
You will need | will help you to be successful :
- Bachelor or Master’ s degree preferred;
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in product management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the APAC region
- Fluency in English (minimum B2), and in Italian would be a plus
- Strong background in Automotive Industry, preferably 4-wheeled vehicle products
- Experience in import car market, a great plus
- Familiarity with competitiveness analysis tools and customer data analysis tools, a plus.
- Strategic, theoretical, and analytical skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Strong coordination skills for difficult tasks
- Time management skills, able to work under pressure
- Strong influencing skills through activities within and outside the brand
- Passionate and self-motivated
