We are seeking a Press Automation Operator to join our team. As a Press Automation Operator, you will be responsible for production and OEE on an assigned ACCRA press line. You will operate and fully understand ACCRA press line controls, startup line and shut down line when required. You will also perform all part and quality checks at given intervals, assist Senior ACCRA Tech on all troubleshooting and unplanned downtime issues, and be responsible for all press changeovers at assigned ACCRA press line. Additionally, you will assist tool and die in basic die maintenance during a production run, recover press, equipment and robots from error or faulted position, and be responsible for assigned production documentation. You will make minor process adjustments as needed to maintain necessary part quality, lead and maintain 5S standards, work collaboratively with other production operators on the ACCRA lines, communicate effectively with other ACCRA Techs on other shifts, and have a professional customer service attitude and ability to communicate with all levels of associates.
