Your Role
In this role, you will join Infineon’s Low Voltage Discrete Power MOSFET team, supporting Opti MOS generations of Silicon Low Voltage MOSFETs for industrial, consumer, battery-powered and power conversion applications.
You will support technical Go-to-Market activities and customer design-ins for LV MOSFET products used in applications such as motor drives, power tools, robotics, home appliances, SMPS.
Working closely with customers and internal teams, you will provide product-level and application-level support, develop technical marketing content, create evaluation platforms and help position the right-fit MOSFET solutions for high-efficiency, compact and cost-competitive power systems.
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Drive technical Go-to-Market activities for Low Voltage MOSFET product generations.
- Develop collaterals such as application notes, technical marketing material, trainings and customer-facing design-in collateral.
- Support customers during product selection, design-in, qualification and troubleshooting.
- Provide application expertise for motor drives, SMPS, in topologies for synchronous rectification, buck converters, inverter circuits, BMS and static switching.
- Design and validate demo boards, evaluation kits and reference hardware.
- Perform product testing, competitive benchmarking and application-level validation.
- Translate customer and application needs into product and road map requirements.
- Deliver technical trainings to FAEs, sales teams, distribution partners and customers.
- Represent the company in technical workshops, customer meetings and industry events.
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics or a related field.
- Good understanding of LV power topologies, including motor drives, DC/DC converters, buck converters, synchronous rectification and BMS.
- Hands-on experience with hardware design, simulation, PCB layout, prototyping and lab testing.
- Ability to analyze device behavior from silicon, package, thermal and application perspectives.
- Strong customer orientation and ability to solve complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin or other languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
