Role Overview:
As part of the Electrical/Electronic Architecture Validation and Integration mission, the Vehicle Validation Coordination Engineer is responsible for:
- Preparing and upgrading test resources (software downloading/telecoding, replacement of physical hardware parts)
- Supporting validation engineers in the analysis and troubleshooting of electrical and electronic faults
- Ensuring the quality of deliverables (test reports, fault robustness)
- Leading defect review meetings
- Ensuring the implementation of test methodologies and associated tools
- Designing PIV HIL test benches (specifications, definition of additional requirements) and debugging test resources
- Contributing to performance objectives (maturity KPIs, OTD/FTR)
Required profile:
- Engineer with a background in Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics and at least 4 years of experience
- Required experience in embedded electronics: knowledge of system integration and validation constraints, and of vehicle EE architectures
- Experience in unit or vehicle validation would be an asset
Technical skills:
- EE system integration and validation
- Embedded diagnostics
- Proficiency in CANalyzer and Diagalyzer tools
Behavioral and/or managerial skills:
- Rigor, communication skills, team leadership, role modeling, results-driven mindset, decision-making
- Fluent in both French and English
