Join our team at The Kennels, a stylish private members' club set within the beautiful Goodwood Estate. As our Receptionist, you'll be the welcoming face that sets the tone for every guest's visit, creating a warm and memorable first impression.

This is a casual role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

As a Receptionist, you'll be responsible for greeting guests and members with genuine warmth and professionalism, managing bookings, telephone enquiries, and general questions. You'll also build a good understanding of our offering, including the restaurant, membership benefits, and Kennels events.

We're looking for someone with a passion for delivering great service, previous customer-facing experience, confidence using computers and booking systems, an eye for detail, and a proactive approach. Reliable transport is also essential, as we are not on a public transport route.
