To assist with the laminating of components and tooling across a range of industry sectors, sizes and complexities.

Key Responsibilities:

Final preparation of patterns and moulds.
Using a variety of hand tools, small air tools and abrasive paper hand finish master patterns to the highest of standards.
Spray sealer to patterns then post spraying preparation.
Work to drawings and working instructions.
Help develop processes to improve quality and efficiency.
Keep all equipment maintained.
Ensure the department is kept clean and tidy.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a pattern shop or similar environment.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Good attention to detail is essential.
Able to follow work instructions.
Good awareness of health and safety.
Good verbal communication and listening skills.
Ability to work to tight deadlines.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Used to working in a fast-moving environment.
Flexible approach to whatever it takes to get the job done.
Problem Solving skills.
