Key responsibilities in your new role
Work as Key Account Manager to work out clear development strategy for the customer, one of the most important accounts at global and GC level
- Achieve financial targets of revenue, design-win, forecast accuracy, as well as customer satisfaction goal
- Provide input to develop, execute and optimize account strategies for sustainable & profitable growth through strategic 5-year sales plan “Bluebook” articulation and seamless executions
- Through thorough customer system understanding initiate new product ideations and work with business development, application/product marketing and engineering teams to incubate NPI projects
- Work across Infineon business units to identify and fulfill cross BUs selling opportunities; Work across regions (GC, AP, JP, EU, AM) to address global footprints of customer business expansion
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Years' experience in electronic or semiconductor industry
- Excellent in communication in both internal and external, power of influencing
- Logical thinking, system understanding, and awareness of process; Team player
- Good command of English in oral and written
- Familiar with MNC internal working process & timely written reporting
- Ablility to work under pressure from both internal & external and travel frequently
- Ability to articulate well business proposal along with technical team across all levels of hierarchy
