Összeszerelési területért felelős folyamatmérnökként fő feladatod a gyártás magas szintű műszaki támogatása lesz - biztosítva a folyamatok és berendezések folyamatos stabil működését a vállalati célok elérése érdekében. As an Aassembly Process Engineer, you will provide high level technical support for the production to ensure the robustness of processes and the continuous stable operation of machines in order to achieve our goals.
Feladatok/Your Role

Félvezető modulok összeszerelési folyamatainak stabilitásának javítása és fenntartása a magas szintű minőség és termelékenység biztosítása érdekében;

Folyamatoptimalizálási és fejlesztési tevékenységek végrehajtása és támogatása;
-
Karbantartó csapat hibaelhárítási/javítási munkájának támogatása;
-
A termelésben felmerülő eltérések szisztematikus megoldásában való aktív részvétel (például: 8D, ISHIKAWA, 5WHY);
-
A technológia területhez tartozó dokumentációk elkészítése/frissítése (munkautasítás, folymatparaméter lap, berendezés specifikáció, stb.).

Improve and maintain the stability of assembly technology processes of semiconductor modules to ensure high level of quality and productivity;

Execute process optimization and support development activities;
-
Support the work of maintenance team with troubleshooting/repair guidance;

Active participation in the systematic resolution of production discrepancies (e.g.: 8D, ISHIKAWA, 5WHY);

Create and update technology area related documentation (working instructions, process parameter sheets, equipment specifications, etc.).
Elvárások/Your Profile
-
Gépész-, villamosmérnöki vagy hasonló területen szerzett BSc diploma. MSc diploma előny;
-
Több, mint 3 év tapasztalat folyamatmérnöki területen;
-
Félvezető modul összeszerelési/Ultrahangos hegesztés/Chip beültetéstechnológia, Robot, PLC és Szenzor technológiák ismerete előny;
-
Minőségirányítási eszközök ismerete (SPC, APC, FMEA, RiskAssessments);
-
Szisztematikus problémamegoldó készségel (8D, 5WHY, Ishikwa);
-
Legalább kommunikációs szintű angol nyevtudás (szóban és írásban is). Német nyelvtudás előny;
-
Jó kommunikációs és prezentációs készségek;
-
MS office felhasználó szintű ismerete.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a similar field. A Master’s degree would be an advantage;

3+ years of experience in Process Engineering field;
-
Experience in Semiconductor Module Assembly/ Ultrasonic Welding/Chipinsertion technology, Robot, PLC and Sensor Technologies would be an advantage;

Knowledge of quality tools/processes (SPC, APC, FMEA, Risk Assessments);
-
Systematic problem solving skills (8D, 5WHY, Ishikwa);

Very good command of English (spoken and written). German language knowledge would be advantage;

Good communication and presentation skills;

MS office user level knowledge.
