Feladatok: Új gyártási technológia Németországból Magyaroroszágra történő transzferének támogatása; A technológiai folyamatok stabilitásának javítása és fenntartása a magas szintű minőség és termelékenység biztosítása érdekében; Folyamatoptimlizálási és fejlesztési tevékenységek végrehajtása és támogatása; Karbantartó csapat hibaelhárítási/javítási munkájának támogatása; A termelésben felmerülő eltérések szisztematikus megoldásában való aktív részvétel (Például: 8D, ISHIKAWA, 5WHY); A technológia területhez tartozó dokumentációk elkészítése/frissítése (Munkautasítás, folymatparaméter lap, berendezés specifikáció, stb.). Elvárások: Gépész-, villamosmérnöki vagy hasonló területen szerzett BSc diploma, MSc diploma előny; Több, mint 3 év tapasztalat folyamatmérnöki területen; Ultrahangos hegesztés/Chip beültetés/Forrasztás technológiák, Robot, PLC és Szenzor technológiák ismerete előny; Minőségirányítási eszközök ismerete (SPC, APC, FMEA, Risk Assessments); Szisztematikus problémamegoldó készség (8D, 5WHY, Ishikwa); Legalább kommunikációs szintű angol nyevtudás (szóban és írásban is), német nyelvtudás előny; Jó kommunikációs és prezentációs készségek; MS office felhasználó szintű ismerete.
