As Sales Account Manager within our Industrial & Infrastructure (I²) division, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a new organizational sales setup, leverage digitalization and try and contribute to the latest digital equipment. You will have the freedom to explore new ways of customer collaboration and implement targeted measures to support defined Infineon accounts. Take ownership of business development for you assigned customer base Promote Infineon solutions and create design-ins with your customers Develop your mid/long-term customers strategies Pro-actively deploy Infineon's digital sales strategy and apply digital methods to build trusting relationships with our customers and to cover their needs Lead yearly price negotiations together with our pricing specialists Take care of accurate planning based on customer demand Closely collaborate with internal interfaces/experts to solve your customers' problems A degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar technical degree At least 3 years of practical experience in technical sales, account management, digital/hybrid sales A passion for digitalization, collaboration, sales and networking Experience with GenAI is a must Experience with digital tools (e.g. CRM), social media and web analytics is a plus Fluency in English and German We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
