We are seeking a Production Worker to join our team at Lubcon. As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for the production of our high-quality lubricants in a batch process according to recipe.
Your tasks will include operating, monitoring, and cleaning production equipment and machines, as well as setting up and configuring production equipment according to specifications and production orders. You will also be responsible for quality control and documentation of production steps.
In addition, you will work with our team to continuously improve our processes.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have completed a vocational training and/or have experience in a production environment, preferably in the chemical industry. Ideally, you will already have knowledge of ERP and O365 applications. You will also need to be able to work accurately, reliably, and with a focus on results, as well as be flexible and able to work in a team.
