As product application engineer, you will support Infineon's digital hot-swap controllers and integrated e-Fuse in AI computing, datacenter, server, and telecom applications. Technical Support: Provide expert technical support to customers in AI computing, datacenter, server, telecom, and robotics applications Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to hot-swap and eFuse Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions into broader system design Contribute to the creation and maintenance of evaluation board, user guide, technical application notes and white papers Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and training programs for team members and customers BSEE or MSEE preferred in Electrical Engineering or equivalent 1-3-year experience in using digital & analog hot-swap controllers Basic PCB design and layout expertise Basic experience with simulation tools Are self-learning, self-disciplined, and a good team player Are extremely responsive, ready to jump on the most difficult design and/or customer issues instantly Are good at developing relationships with internal and external engineering community Good communication skills in both verbal and written English We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
