Drive foundry supplier quality stability and Cpk improvement through SPC, 8D problem-solving, and Continuous Improvement Plans (CIP) Review and monitor foundry quality performance indicators, defining continuous improvement actions and KPIs in collaboration with internal stakeholders Lead MRB root-cause investigations and act as disposition owner for non-conforming materials across the supply chain Interface with Infineon Reliability and Quality teams to define and execute reliability monitoring plans Serve as final quality gatekeeper for foundry process and change reviews Participate in supplier surveillance (VDA 6.3) and end-customer audits Collaborate with global cross-functional teams and maintain strong alignment with Infineon Business Units (BUs) Coordinate end-customer complaints and returns, ensuring effectiveread-across / lessons-learned deployment Monitor quality performance in NPI and technology transfer projects, supporting product qualification activities Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 7+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Process Integration, Product Engineering, or Customer Service Engineering, with hands-on exposure to front-end wafer fabrication and/or foundry supplier quality management. Quality leadership experience, particularly in the automotive semiconductor industry, is a strong plus. Strong analytical and systematic thinking, with advanced knowledge of statistical analysis and core quality methodologies and tools (SPC,FMEA, Six Sigma, 8D), and proven structured problem-solving skills. Deep functional knowledge of wafer manufacturing processes and related quality controls. Strong English communication skills (advanced proficiency preferred);additional languages are an advantage. Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with a data-driven, continuous improvement mindset and the ability to work independently. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with demonstrated effectiveness in global cross-functional collaboration, task ownership, and team-oriented execution. Ability to clearly present technical information and confidently engage with management, customers, and engineering teams.
