Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree is a plus 3-5 years of experience in change management ideally in a supply chain or data analytics context. Solid understanding of data analytics concepts, tools, and end-to-end solutions (e.g., dashboards, reporting systems, BI tools). Experience in AI (e.g., using or implementing AI agents) in a relevant business context is a plus Good knowledge of business processes, with the ability to link operational workflows to analytics solutions that deliver business value. Strong workshop facilitation, presentation, and promotional skills to generate interest and ensure adoption of solutions. Excellent communication skills, tailored to different hierarchy levels: from subject matter experts to senior management. Act as an ambassador for digitalization, AI, and automation use casein the organization, promoting their benefits and enabling adoption through a clear communication and engagement strategy. Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand operational needs and leading interactive workshops to identify areas where analytics solutions can add value. Support the planning, rollout, and adoption of new AI and analytics solutions, ensuring they are effectively used and embedded into daily workflows. Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and communication materials to upskill staff and drive enthusiasm for data driven decision-making.
