Establish and/or modify planned maintenance guide to ensure all equipment have reliable machine uptime. Manage Mold assembly equipment maintenance systematic, actual maintenance activities and the maintenance personnel in order to achieve best equipment efficiency and maintenance cost. Coordinate and align the deployment of policy and strategy in planned Maintenance. Masters/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology). 5 years working experience in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing industry. Good understanding of TPM and Maintenance systematics. Capable to trouble-shooting machine issues and drive for improvement.
