Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Be responsible for the layout of productive chip structures in various Power MOSFET technologies as part of the development team and for the programming for the chip layout generator fostering layout automation Set-up design environment for new technologies and program complex Pcells for automated designs Be responsible for the layout of complex test structures, process control & monitoring (PCM) structures and other scribe line structures Contribute to design rule definition jointly with the development teams, implement design rule checks and do layout verification Drive floor planning and tape out of mask sets Collaborate closely with development engineers and project managers locally and at remote sites Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed A degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or similar discipline or a background as technician with relevant work experience Previous work experience with CAD tools for layout and verification like Cadence, ideally hands-on experience in Pcell programming and/or layout for discrete power technologies Willingness to learn and improve your skills in an expert environment, to share your knowledge and to train less experienced layouters Are able to handle and manage shifting priorities in a dynamic environment Solid skills in programming and scripting language Good German and English communication skills Contact: Felix Krackau #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
