We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Support Engineer to join our team in Cologne. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support at race events and test sessions, assisting our customer teams with race cars operation, including but not limited to: regulation compliance, maintenance procedures, car vitals monitoring, performance analysis and troubleshooting.

- Provide on-site technical support at race events and test sessions
- Work alongside our support team to deliver prompt and effective solutions to customer requests
What you need
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related discipline
- Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently and knowledgeably engage as a customer-facing representative of the company
