We are looking for a Customer Support Engineer (m/f/d) for our GT3 cars to oversee the Customer Motorsport projects with daily tasks based out of our Cologne headquarters.
What you'll do
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated customer support engineer, to join TOYOTA RACING in Cologne and trackside, at international race events.
- Provide on-site technical support at race events and test sessions, assisting our customer teams with race cars operation, including but not limited to: regulation compliance, maintenance procedures, car vitals monitoring, performance analysis and troubleshooting
- Work alongside our support team to deliver prompt and effective solutions to customer requests
What you need
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related discipline
- Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently and knowledgeably engage as a customer-facing representative of the company
