Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Be involved in IT transformation projects and build competencies to support Procurement key initiative projects, as well as implement improvements in procurement processes. Support Procurement tools and core processes, acting as a strong interface between various stakeholders; participate in project discussions and meetings, and provide guidance and support. Work closely with cross-cultural project teams to ensure consistent development and continuous improvement of procurement efficiency and effectiveness. Explore and analyze procurement-related data across systems and tools to support strategy development. Work with stakeholders, including end users, and manage change associated with new process or system implementations. Be responsible for collecting business requirements and preparing design documentation, support technical teams during the build and implementation phases; manage and perform user acceptance testing (UAT), support training activities; and manage change related to new system introductions. Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed A university degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Management, Business Administration or a related field. 1–3 years of professional experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry, particularly in Procurement. Knowledge of or experience with SAP is preferred.
